CRITERIA FOR INDUCTION INTO THE NYSSCOGS/NYS HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS SOCCER HALL OF FAME

• ​Players must be out of High School five years
• Coaches must be retired 
• Contributors and coach/contributors are eligible immediately

Selections were made by a statewide panel of writers, editors and coaches representing all of New York.

The initial class of inductees were enshrined  Saturday, September 9th 2017.  The initial weekend included a 24 team high school and two age level youth tournaments.  AND NOW  the tournament has already grown to over 55 teams! The tournament now only consists of high school teams but by as early as 2019, the tournament had 56 teams. 

HOF TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

The inaugural NYSSCOGS New York State High School Girls Soccer Hall of Fame Tournament  was held at fields at Poland High School, Sauquoit High School and Herkimer County Community College on September 9 and 10, 2017.  Since that time our tournament has grown and includes over 50 teams played at several locations throughout the area.

Starting times for the games will be between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The Hall of Fame's 1st induction ceremony was held on 9/9/2017 at Herkimer County Community College in 2017 in front of hundreds of fans and family.
